Garment Protection Program protects customers against eligible damage or loss during processing.

Customers may receive up to 5 times the order value of the affected item in case of eligible damage or loss. In case of refund, the disputed item will be retained by MonkeyWash™

Free re-processing is provided in case of a verified processing-quality issue.

This protection program is applicable on orders paid through the MonkeyWash™ website.

Order value refers to the processing cost of the item after discount, as mentioned on the MonkeyWash™ invoice.
